Loan Operations Executive

Job Description:

• Customer Interaction - Counseling , Servicing , Enhance customer experience.
•  
• Credit and Disbursement appraisal for Retail loan
•  
• Use of systems/softwares to facilitate Disbursements & Activities related to Customer service
•  
• In house Marketing of the company  and its group company products.
•  
• Coordination with channel as well as the customer for the Post Sanction  process.
•  
• Compliance to Company policies and process  .
•  
• Collection and verification of documents, as per process.
•  
• Coordination with internal legal and technical teams .
•  
• Basic legal appraisal.
•
