Sr. Design Engineer
Job Description:
Tool Design & Product development in the UNIGRAPHICS NX 6 Nx 12
* To Lead project & handle design team member.
* To interaction with customer for receiving input & resolving related query.
* To develop std library for design automation for reducing of design lead time.
* To reducing of RMC & STD parts cost for developed a Std. format with proper review.
* To reducing of design mistake & increasing productivity for making one point STD & STD format with cross check sheet.
* For reducing of cycle time of the product & increasing of product aesthetic we must follow & implement mold flow suggestions.
* To check input & provide tool feasibility with product correction if required
* To Check Defects on Injection Molded Components & take Corrective Action.
* To Check Design & technical support to our Colleagues.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates must be B.tech / PD PMD with 5-6 Year Experience in tool design
Good communication skill
manpower handling
Good knowledge of Unigraphics NX, Catia and other designing software
