Hiring for Sheet metal Press & Fabrication auto Component Products Manufacturing Industry

Position: In-Charge Maintenance

 Salary Package:  5 to 6 LPA

 Experience: 6 to 10 Yrs

Job Profile:           

1. Planning – Project, Plant & Machinery, Equipment, Utility services.
2. Preventive Maintenance of (Press & Fabrication shop) machines. Ensure PM as per plan.
3. Ensure zero breakdowns. Initiate, implement, and monitor NCs, CA / PA for breakdowns.
4. Review CA/ PA. Review Breakdown analysis.
5. Maintain list and define methodology for Identification of machines / plant facilities.
6. Provide support in TPM activities (PM Pillar activities / TBM / CBM / OEE / MTTR / MTBF).
7. Ensure requirement of personnel, safety measures, during maintenance activity.
8. Identify requirements of critical spares and maintain.
9. Managing various materials, engineering and commercial aspects for project & maintenance items.
10. Low-Cost Automation.
11. Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices.
12. On-job training of assistants / Operators.
13. Liasoning with MIDC, MSEB, MPCB & other external agencies for related work.

 Candidate profile               

1. Graduate in Engineering (Electrical/ Mechanical)
2. Exposure in Press shop, Fabrication Shop- Maintenance.
3. Experience in a relevant field.
