Job Description:
.RESPONSIBLE TO LAUNCH NEW PRODUCTS / PROJECTS AS PER THE TARGET TIMES.
- Benchmarking and analysis of latest competitor technology in
washing machine.
- Developing new SKU’s for all the new customers on time
- Managing and providing resolution to all the customer requirements.
- Product development of LED Lights using new product introduction (NPI- CP> PP> DV> PV>PQ>MP) process.
- Knowledge of BOM creation for new model.
- New part Development.
♦ ECN/ECO Raising and management.
♦ New Part Approval.
- New product quality issue analysis and improvement before mass production.
- Managing the team to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Engineering report preparation, Failure Analysis, Cost Reduction through VA/ VE.
- Designing Part Specifications for LED Bulbs, Panel type lighting, Downlighters, Street lights, Battens
- Responsible of achieving Value engineering targets as per market & company’s requirements.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Having 12-15 years’ Experience in Research and Development (R&D) of LED Lights & electronics
Performance testing as per CE Test standard. ♦ Coordinate with manufacturing team and engineering during new product implementation on line. ♦ Design proto type & testing. ♦ Initiate new ideas for product improvements and CI. |
