Position: - Assistant Manager- Electrical Maintenance
Qualifications: - BE Electrical
Experience: - Min 8 years of Experience in the Machining division with CNC Machines.
Salary:- up to 7 LPA
Job responsibilities:
- Maintaining Daily Maintenance Logbook & Breakdown Slip.
- Maintenance of electrical and electronics components Motor CNC, the VMC, the HMC.
- Replaced faulty relays, switches and motors, and Position sensing devices.
- Breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC, and HMC Machine.
- Ensuring the safety of shop floor workers.
- Implementation of poka-yoka, 5s, Kaizen, Safety.
- To make preventive maintenance schedule (Daily, weekly, m/c History card, of every machine.
- Taking backup of all machines.
- Check machine clamping force and run out.
- Attending all breakdowns & troubleshooting in the shift Collection of past breakdown data.
- Assembly & disassembly of CNC, HMC machines chuck nut, tailstock & drawbar bearing replacement.
- Axis ball screw & bearing replacement.
- Collection of past breakdown data.
- Spindle orientation & Axis reference set
- Team handling
- Audit
