Job Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
As an experienced recruiter for technology roles, you’ll need an in-depth knowledge of the tech landscapeResponsibilities:
- Build good relationships with tech talent, providing an outstanding candidate experience from start to finish.
- Directly attract a high calibre of talent from across a variety of sources
- Screening, speaking & interviewing candidates
- Build strong relationships with client senior business managers and divisional stakeholders
Experience:
- Significant experience in recruitment - direct sourcing, screening, assessing/ interviewing
- Expert knowledge of applicant tracking systems, effective candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process management
- An individual with a strong track record of achievement in end-to-end recruitment, ideally within the tech space (Front-End and Full-Stack Developers, DevOps, API Developer etc)
- Someone with a can-do, positive attitude towards their work and the people around them.
- Experience in UK/Europe recruitment will be preferred.
Shift timings – UK Shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM)
Interview Rounds : Two Technical Rounds (MS Teams)
