Job Description:
Objective : We are looking for guy who assist us in techno_comemrical and procurement of mechanical utility items. The mechanical system involves as follows :
- HVAC systems
- Comrpessed air systems
- Process Chilled water network
- Water supply and WTP system.
- Gas lines
- Boiler and thermic fluid systems.
- Cooling water system.
- Fire protection system.
JD
- Good communication skills and dynamic personality to interact with Client.
- Mechanical budget preparation.
- Vendor management
- Frame the Procurement strategies
- Suggestion of suited contractors/vendors for the project
- Floating inquiries and tenders in the market.
- Attend the bid meetings for finalization of contractors/vendors. Preapre the MOM and circulate to project team.
- Review the mechanical tenders.
- Checking the final techno-commercial offers of contractors/vendors. Prepare the workorder and issue to suitable vendors as per the client requirement.
- Manage the data sheets received from contractors/vendors.
- Support design team for procurement assistance.
- Prepare the techno-commercial comparatives of received bids.
- Prepare the BOQ of mechanical items.
- Time-to-time vist the site
