Job Description:
- Basic Knowledge of Rubber and parts, its functions in the Car.
- very Good Communication Skills
- Expertise is Core Tools such as APQP, MSA, PFMEA, DFMEA, PPAP, etc
- Knowledge of problem solving techniques.
- Knowledge of Project planning, interaction with CFT team to get work done.
- Must have the knowledge of the GD&T part drawing Reading.
- Must be proficient in create and maintain the project documentation.
- Solid understanding of project management and waterfall methodology.
- Working experience in onshore offshore delivery model.
- Proven written /verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to hire, mentor and retain high performers
- Expertise to supervise delivery and support projects.
- Vehicle level parts fittment understanding.

Candidates Must Be B. Tech Mechanical With 3-5 Year Experience in Project Management
