Job Description-

• Leading end to end infrastructure financial modelling engagement while working closely with onshore team.
• Building financial models from scratch and auditing the models.
• Driving and implementation the design and structuring the outputs (Financial models) and its delivery 
• Actively building and managing the relationships and interface with internal team and other deal advisory professionals.
• Build, maintain and improve complex data analysis models that help the senior management of our clients track their business and take strategic decisions
• Building valuation models and reports using DCF, comparable company valuation, EVA analysis, etc.

Desired Candidate-

• Relevant experience gained in either corporate roles, Debt Syndication, Fund raising, Project Finance, PPP, Infra SPV’s or similar deal experience in relevant sector / Proposition (as applicable).
• Be skilled in financial modelling and financial analysis INFRASTRUCTURE sector experience will be an added advantage.
• Candidate will work on a wide range of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations, joint ventures and leveraged buyouts.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Bond of 1 year 

25% Salary will be deducted for 3 months and the entire amount will be reimbursed after successful completion of 1 year .
