Design Engineer 02
Education: BE / Diploma Mechanical
Minimum: 1.5 years experience in the Design department, AutoCAD (Must), Solid works (Optional)
Job Responsibilities:
- Should be knowledgeable in Engineering Drawing, Mechanical Design & related calculations.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD & Solid works is essential.
- Able to generate General arrangement (GA) drawings/Mechanical Designs of DB/Panel based on customer specifications.
Order Processing
- Study the mechanical/Onsite requirements of customers and prepare offer (GA drawing & Costing).
- Coordination with Production & quality department for smooth execution of the project.
- Identification & implementation of cost & quality improvement projects.
- New product development / new features development as per customer’s requirements.
- Welding fixtures development for easier production.
- Responsible for independent working on Mechanical designs of Sheet metal/Distribution box/Panels.
- Knowledge of tool design is an added advantage.
