Job Description:
- Good knowledge about Motors,Sensors,Reed Switch,Temperature controller Etc.
- Knowledge of RLC circuit& VFD circuit (Make- Mitsubishi, ABB,Delta).
- Knowledge of PLC Wiring (Make- Mitsubishi, Delta, Siemens).
- Having good knowledge of operation, maintenance & troubleshooting of PLC and Fanuc control based machine.
- VMC make AMS Micromatic, MAKINO SLIM 3, Robodrill and Brothers machine.
- CNC turning make LMW and ACE Micromatic
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of CNC, VMC & HMC Machine and SPM manual machine.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates must be ITI electrican with 4-5 Year Experience in Electrical maintenance
- Breakdown handling according to preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Having basic knowledge of PNEUMATIC and HYDRAULIC system.
- Having knowledge Utility DG, Compressor,and GDC plant machine core shooter,heat treatment process.
