Public Relation Executive
Job Description:
- Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies for the Company, its Promoters, Officers
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. marketing) and maintain open communication with senior management
- Edit and update promotional material and publications (brochures, videos, social media posts etc.)
- Should be able to liaison with external PR Agencies, Media Houses, News Agencies
- Advertising, Publicity and designing of brochures etc.
- Organise PR events (e.g. open days, press conferences) and serve as Company's spokesperson
- Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship, and advertising
- Address inquiries from the media and other parties, Clients Track media coverage and follow industry trends
- Prepare and submit PR reports
- Should be able to showcase the Company achievements / attainments in the best possible way to the public at large
- Manage PR issues
- Handle various Awards / Rewards being organised by various institutions for various recognition at Company Level and Promoters / Officer Level
- Be thorough in communication and deliver to the point communication to all concerned
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
- Proven experience as a Public Relations
- Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast, and print)
- Background in researching, writing, and editing publications
- Proficient in MS Office and social media.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
- Should be smart, soft spoken and able to communicate effectively
