Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Placement Coordinator for a reputed institute for Kalina, Santacruz location.
Role & Responsibility
- Developing and strengthening new corporate relationships.
- Should have Good networks incorporate
- Ensuring proper agreements and documentation with corporate partners.
- Facilitate the placement process.
- Circulate regular vacancy lists and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Conduct placement sessions to understand student capabilities and align them to placement.
- Post-placement student follow-up and mentoring.
- Be part of sessions to understand student capabilities and align to placement.
- Regular tracking and maintenance of placement and post-placement data.
- To collect the appointment letters or correspond to get them as soon as the interview is over.
- To distribute appointment letters and collect acceptance letters from the students
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: Any graduate / Any postgraduate
- 2-5 years of experience in Mba college
- Must have excellent computer skills
- Must be a go-getter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Email & Telephone etiquettes

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
