Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Team Lead/Manager Sales (Primary) for a reputed Real Estate Company for the  Navi Mumbai location.

 Job Description: 

  • Need to handle sourcing/pre Sales/Closing Team
  • Monitoring Daily Calling.
  • Generate Report
  • Guiding Team
  • Motivating Team
  • Increasing Productivity
  • Reporting to Department Head
  • Site Visit- as and when Required 

 Week off: All Tuesday + 1st Wednesday of every month

Location: Navi Mumbai (Kharghar) However the candidate will be required to travel in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai locations as per the role demands.

Salary: As per industry norms

 Candidate's Profile:

  • Good English Communication.
  • Go getting Attitude.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good Coordination and convincing skills.
  • Should have experience in handling a team of Tele callers or Customer Care Executives and Asst. Sales Managers.
