Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Team Lead/Manager Sales (Primary) for a reputed Real Estate Company for the Navi Mumbai location.
Job Description:
- Need to handle sourcing/pre Sales/Closing Team
- Monitoring Daily Calling.
- Generate Report
- Guiding Team
- Motivating Team
- Increasing Productivity
- Reporting to Department Head
- Site Visit- as and when Required
Week off: All Tuesday + 1st Wednesday of every month
Location: Navi Mumbai (Kharghar) However the candidate will be required to travel in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai locations as per the role demands.
Salary: As per industry norms
Candidate's Profile:
- Good English Communication.
- Go getting Attitude.
- Self-Motivated.
- Good Coordination and convincing skills.
- Should have experience in handling a team of Tele callers or Customer Care Executives and Asst. Sales Managers.
