Job Description:
  1. Make sales calls for the purpose of  Identifying and capturing all revenue opportunities, expanding knowledge base of customer business/objectives and requirements, building meaningful value-added relationships, selling the value of Elxer products/services and solutions and working towards establishing partnerships.
  2. Penetrate and close new business opportunities.
  3. Build and cultivate relationships to maintain and grow revenue in all accounts.
  4. Use data, research and insights to create constructive tension with clients and lead them toward Elxer communications.
  5. Create cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
  6. Sell product mix as appropriate to ensure success with an emphasis on digital solutions.
  7. Engage internal experts and support.
  8. Communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes.
  9. Create demand for all Elxer Products, Services and Solutions.
  10. Effectively work through internal processes and procedures to support optimization of Reporting and Sales
  11. Submit all planning and call reports as required.
  12. Manage customer information/intelligence in accordance with company policy.
  13. Cases filed against the company by customers/third parties.
