Job Description:
  • Job Summary:
    We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a passion for financial
    services to support our mutual fund distribution business. The ideal candidate will assist in
    planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns aimed at increasing investor
    awareness, lead generation, and client engagement. This role requires a strong
    understanding of the financial services landscape, especially mutual funds, and how to
    connect with retail and HNI investors through digital platforms.

    Key Responsibilities:
     Plan and run digital campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and
    other channels to drive traffic and lead generation.
     Promote mutual fund offerings, SIPs, educational content, and calculators through
    targeted digital strategies.
     Create, schedule, and monitor content for social media platforms to educate and
    engage followers on investment options and market trends.
     Optimize landing pages and digital content for SEO to increase organic traffic.
     Monitor website analytics, campaign performance, and lead funnels using tools like
    Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and marketing automation platforms.
     Collaborate with content, compliance, and design teams to create investor-focused
    campaigns (including whitepapers, videos, blogs, and infographics).
     Execute email marketing campaigns for investor education, product updates, and
    event invitations (webinars, investment drives, etc.).
     Ensure all digital communication complies with SEBI guidelines and internal
    compliance requirements.
     Stay updated on trends in the financial industry and digital marketing best practices.

    Qualifications & Skills:

     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field.
     1–3 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in BFSI (Banking, Financial
    Services & Insurance).
     Good understanding of mutual funds, SIPs, and investor personas.
     Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs),
    and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns).
     Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize performance.
     Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
     Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
     Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) is an added
    advantage.

    Preferred Experience:
     Prior work in a financial advisory, mutual fund distribution firm, or fintech company.
     Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., LSQ ) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for website
    edits.
     Understanding of financial compliance and SEBI regulations related to digital
    marketing.
