Job Description:
Candidate must have experience in production assembly with qualification in B.Tech Mechanical or CIPET
- Production in Assembly controlling all the production activities
- Continual improvement in production processes for:
- Maximum utilization of all resources
- To achieve maximum production target
- For complete customer satisfaction in terms of quality & cost
Development in Process for better efficiency
- Production Line setting as per Takt /Cycle Time in conveyor Assembly.
- Prepare & provide CAPA to customer to improve & reduce the customer complaints.
- Development of SOP for better system & smooth operations.
- Working knowledge of 5S, 3R, 7W, 5M, KAIZEN, 7-QC Tools.
- Line balancing (LOB) with the help of TAKT TIME.
- Simultaneously working towards productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen
Removing non value added processes
