Must be able to independently work to -
1) Deliver people-related processes, vision and strategy across the company ,aligned with the law
2) Manage recruitment ,selection processes and onboarding newcomers to the company.
3) Identify and set appropriate compensation levels based on role, performance and legal requirements to match the market
4)Resolve challenging issues related to the employment and dismissal of staff.
5) Negotiate and manage group health insurance rates, retirement plans, ESCI gratuity, PF and other benefits
6) Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance
7) Provide necessary support systems for Human Resources Information systems and payroll requirements
8) Nurture a positive working environment and help connect executives with employees
9) Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
10) Be conversant with Labour & Factories act
11) Ensure legal compliance throughout Human resource management
12) Plan and co ordinate administrative procedures and system and devise ways to streamline daily activities and processes.
13) Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material while monitoring costs and expenses to assist with attention to budgetary constraints .
14) Oversee facilities ,services ,maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g. electricians ,travel agents, telephone service providers, a/c vendors)
15) Organize and supervise other office activities ( recycling, renovations ,event planning ,service staff ,etc.)
