Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage complete gamut of HR activities and lead field training for the KFC Equity business field staff for half of Hyderabad (10-12 restaurants)
- Drive Labor and Statutory Compliances in the region
- Employee Engagement and Culture Building activities
- Manage Performance Appraisal Process and Payroll Processing
- Incentives and performance-linked bonus
- Induction / Joining of new employees as well as ensuring the readiness of personal file
- Payroll inputs – filing and documentation
- Recruitment Support and Bench Planning
- Field HR Audit of process and systems at the store
- Implementation and amendment of Policy
- Partnering with Businesses on HR-related support.
- Lead Field Training for all field staff in the region and conduct cross patch audits
