Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Head - Corporate Strategy for a reputed real estate company for their CBD Belapur(Navi Mumbai) head office.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Heading Corporate Strategy Department
  • Handling strategy team
  • Business Strategy - Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals.
  • Corporate Planning
  • Business Development planning.
  • Business Research and Marketing
  • Business Analysis – Ideating and coordinating with all the departments of the company for growth. 
  • Strategically creating analytical reports as required by Directors of the Company by coordinating with various departments and VP's.
  • Making a strategy for business and working with cross-functional teams from marketing to tech to operations.
  • Leading Corporate Strategic Operations work along with coordinating with departments in Admin, HR, Change Management by aligning processes, resources-planning, and departments goals with the overall strategy.
  • Analyzing MIS reports and calculating ROI.

Candidate's Profile:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate planning & strategy in any reputed organization.
  • Having good experience in Business Research and analyzing reports.
