We are having an urgent opening for the position of International Customer Care for a reputed company at the Kolkata location.
Key Points :
- To call the insurance company and to check the coverage for mental health and substance abuse.
- To call the insurance and to give them the details of the patient’s insurance policy.
- To fed, the details of patients benefit in the CRM
Candidate Profile :
- Excellent communication skills (English),
- Must be experienced in US shift
Education: Any Education
Location: Kolkata
Prefer: Male Candidate Only
Shift Timing: 5:30 pm to 2:30 am
