Job Brief:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us to expand our Dealers Network. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Qualifications: B.E(Mechanical, EEE) or Any Graduate, MBA (Sales & Marketing)
Experience: Must have at least minimum 2-4 years’ experience as in Dealers Network Development.
Location:Mohali, Punjab

Skills required:
Expert in Dealers Development
Good communicationskills.
Expert at establishing relationships with new people.
Presentation skills.
Good Personality, positive attitude.
Expert in MS-Office (word, excel, Power-point)

Job Description: Network Development: 100%
Database gathering from various sources like Google, face book, LinkedIn etc. for Dealer’s network development.
New Strategy implementation for conversion to positive Dealers.
Initial calling of company introduction and Dealer’s policy explanation.
Responsible of Target completion of Dealers addition in company account.
Responsible weekly, monthly and yearly Targets.
Convince Dealers till closing for Dealership.
Complete Dealers Documentation process.
Agreement processes complete, scan copy send by mail.
Complete Pan India Dealers Network Development.
Exiting Dealers Administrative support and Service Support.
Arrange all required services which required in network.
MIS Preparation Daily, weekly & monthly.
Dealers’ office visit, set up of their office.
