HR & Admin - Executive (Female) at leading packaging industry-AHD
Job Description:
Performing various HR functions like Recruitment, Employee Payroll Management, Employee Performance Management, Legal Compliances, Organization Development, Change Management, Staff refreshment Programme, Employee records keeping, Leave Management, Ensure all functions are in line with Policies and handle all functions relating to Personnel management. |
Ø Possess highly motivated, positive attitude towards life having effective communication skill with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skill. |
Ø Handling end-to-end recruitment process by exploring all the sources and close the positions within timeline. |
Ø Exploring all the sources and databank of candidates through Portals, Databank, Social Medias, Contacting and visiting colleges and institutes, Agencies and calling the candidates for initial round of online interview, sending call letter for the interview and coordinate & line them up for the personal rounds technical & final interview till selection. |
Ø Conducting personal interviews and coordinating with HODs and Directors for further rounds of interviews, documents verification, reference checks, salary negotiations and coordinate in finalising the candidates. |
Ø Issue offer letter, Appointment letter, preparing salary structure and get it approved. |
Ø Induction of the new joinee by making employee familiar with the company. Introduction with the knack members. Briefing company policies, rules and regulations and completing all joining formalities like filling employee master, documents collection, assets issuance, etc. as per details in “Induction Training Program”. |
Ø Managing all the activities of new employee, joining and on boarding formalities, in hard copy as well as in HRMS software and ensure that both are always updated.
