Operations Executive - CBD Belapur
Job Description:
We have an urgent opening for the position of Operation Executive for a reputed company for the CBD Belapur location.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Creating credentials of brokers/new users on CP tool as requested by the sales team and sending the same on email to the respective Site head.
- Monitoring of CP mandate Tool on a regular basis and update the manager about gaps and escalated cases.
- Managing IVR numbers for all mandate projects and tagging of the same with our CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for the operational task and data collection for various reports.
- Vendor Management – Building relationships and Getting required documents for billing.
- Inter-departmental coordination.
Skills Required:
- Good Communication Skills
- Take ownership of work
- Basic knowledge of MS Office i.e. Word, PPT, Excel, etc.
