Aligning HR / HRD with the business strategies - designing and implementing operational strategies as per the overall business strategy.
? Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Quality circle, Performance Management System, Strengthening of Plant HR and Development of HRD centers.
Revision of Group Personnel Policies and their effective implementation.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Candidates Must be Graduate with PG In IR / Administration
Responsible to assist General Manager-IR in all matters pertaining to Industrial relations, Labour Camp Administration, Legal matters, attending Govt authorities and processing WC Claims and closing it within time limit.
Conduct PF Inspection annually for our company and contractors record and handle inspections of various contractors’ records by the Labour authority.
Providing IR Clearance to the vendors (2000 Plus numbers) engaged in J3 Project
