Executive - Business Development
Job Description:
| To develop new client to expand market |
| To maintain relationship with existing client |
| Ensure client’s requirements is communicated internally |
| Work together with technical team to provide support to the client |
| Attend to customer enquiry and provide services to customer |
| Prepare quotation and liaison with customer on pricing |
| Follow up with customer for payments |
| Evaluate supplier performance to ensure purchased products met the customer requirement |
| Forward purchase order to factory to ensure smooth delivery of the product |
| Follow up with customer for any complaint with regards to product, service etc |
| Take proactive actions to ensure customer satisfaction |
| Any ad-hoc duties assigned. |
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
| Female Candidate with fluency in English both verbal and written. Schooling has to be from English medium. |
| Freshers can also apply but candidate should be smart enough to understand the work quickly |
