We are having an opening for the position of Asst. Manager Post Sales Co-ordination with one of our very reputed clients in the Real-estate Service Industry in CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai).

Head Office Location: Navi Mumbai (Belapur)

 Job Profile:

  • Handling post-sales Coordination
  • Calling and coordination with Builder's Team and customer.
  • Post Sales Client and customer Relationship Management and Co-ordination.
  • Post Sales Data and Process Management.
  • Address all critical and problematic cases in post-sales and collection.

 

Required Candidates Profile:

  • Very Good and Effective English Communication.
  • Strong Understanding about Realeatate Termonaligits like Stamp duty, RERA, Agreement, floor plan, Documents.
  • Entrepreneurial Attitude.
  • Go getting Attitude.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Good Coordination and convincing skills.
  • Frail to interact with people.
  • Good relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in Banking and Insurance is an advantage.
  • Good MIS knowledge
  • Good Data Management skill
