Account Executive - Noida

Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Account Executive for a reputed Real Estate company at the Noida location.

Roles and Responsibilities:

•  Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
•  Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines
• Managing Payables and reimbursements, entering financial transactions, creating invoices, and collection. Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly, ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
• Responsible for Billing & Invoicing, Payables Management, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash Management, Accounts Finalization.
•  General Accounting, Maintenance of all types of expenditures.

Skills and Experience :

• 2-4 years of experience, (minimum 2 years of experience in handling accounts)
• Pleasing personality and good communication skills.
• Well-versed with Tally ERP 9, Excel, and others.
• Commerce graduate
• CA will be added advantage
