Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Executive MIS and Data Anayst for a reputed Real Estate Company for their Kharghar (Navi Mumbai) Head Office.

 

Job description:

 

  • Good Knowledge of MIS handling, support & queries.
  • Good experience in maintaining, managing, and updating data.
  • This position requires knowledge of Advance Excel (Google spread sheets),presentation. Skills, data management, and excellent communication skills.
  • Interdepartmental coordination.
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing reports and dashboards
  • Generate and provide reports in an accurate and timely manner
  • Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed
  • Create documentation of all the reports for smooth operation and easy report maintenance
  • Perform data analysis for generating reports on a periodic basis
  • Understand management problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
  • Prepare/run daily/weekly/monthly dashboards/reports across all domains /multiple sites.
  • Creating various MIS reports on a weekly, monthly, half-yearly, annual, and as-needed basis.

Key Competencies:

 

  • Should have knowledge of VBA, C++
  • Should have strong experience in Macros, Excel, Formulas, Pivots, V-Lookup,H-Lookup, etc.
  • Good written & communication skills in English.
