Job Description:

Prepare Calibration Schedule yearly with monthly as per plant wise

2) Master Instruments Calibration Maintain by Authorized party

3) Attend the break down as like Sox, NOx, Cox, PM2 sensor working

4) Check the PLC/ SCADA System to Field Instruments with feedback signal.

5) Energy Saving by Process control with new concept

6) Maintain the stock as per requirement of Electrical & Instrument (RTD ptl00, Thermocouple, Temp. Indicator, PT, LT, VT, Gauges)

7) Control the Man Power as per shift schedule

8) Preparation of SOP for Calibration and Preventive Maintenance

9) Planning, Costing of New project with Vendor Discussion

10) PID tuning of Flow control, Temperature controlling , CCTV Camera checking with DVR maintenance

11) Many types of Machine available in market first process study with chemical property with Instruments

12) Small Automation for Energy Saving / Cost Saving of plant by Boiler, etc work

13) All type safety fallow in Maintenance and Project work

14) Safety related, Process Critical Instrument Cross checking

15) PLC/ SCADA Installation work as per process step with Man power, Energy Saving

15) Knowledge of HAZOP,

16) Trouble shooting in field of PLC/SCADA System (21CFR) with GMP knowledge

17) To measure skill level and act as trainer for skill development programs such as calibration/ special technique in instrumentation maintenance.

18) Electrical Preventive Maintenance with Two DG 1200KVA Set lnhouse maintenance with AMC, Switch yard area Installation with 2.0 MVA Transformer and taken in line with Electricity Board.

19) DCS installation is under progress (I have already installed in IND SWIFT LAB, JAGATJIT INDUSTRIES)

20) Check the Daily operation of Chillers, 1200KVA DG, Air Compressor, Air Dryers, Condensers, RO, Softener Plant (Utility Operation with AMC)

21) I have Present Solar Energy project with cost saving / pay bac

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Candidates Must be B.tech Electrical / Electronics with 10-12 Year Experience in Plc Maintenence
