SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Job Description:
- MBA (Marketing) / PGDBM.
- Well-versed with spoken & written English. Schooling: English Medium.
- 2 TO 5 yrs. exp. preferable in similar industries.
- Develop sales plans as required including identification of target groups, marketing tactics and timelines. Pursue and/or participate in the planning and sales process for new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with various functions like R&D/Process Development/Production/Quality and Operation to introduce existing and new products in the market.
- Managing the marketing mix of the organization, segment and target the potential segment of the market.
- Mapping and targeting the potential clients of the market and develop the go to market strategy.
- Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.
- Establish and maintain high standards of product and company knowledge for all sales and service staff in order to deliver the best possible level of service and knowledge (consultative selling) that exceeds customer expectations and builds effective relationships.
- Identify new sales/product and client opportunities and implement strategies to produce or secure them as the case requires.
