Job Description:
Hiring for Marketing & Business Development Head (Foundry Division)
Experience: 15-20 Years
Joining Time: 30 Days.
Role:-
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and establish needs, requirements.
- Accountable for marketing function and lead market acquisition in order to maximize sales growth and optimize profits
- Assist functional head in making annual sales plan and preparing sales analysis
- Preparation of costing and sending quotations to customers.
- Liaison with customers on orders execution, payments collection, etc...
- Exposure in Foundry/Castings/Machining.
- Government Project/Railway/Power Plants/Irrigation/Automotive.
- Handling RFQs and new business development.
- Responsible for Marketing & Sales, Dispatch, Scheduling & Logistics activities.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Monitoring Guidelines of a senior manager.
- Ensure timely execution of Projects.
- Preparing, Monitoring & achieving the Business plan
