Job Description:

Finance and Accounts head for India & USAwould work closely with CEOs &Co founders and India leadership and will lead the Finance & Accounts team. This position will be helpingin scaling up Financial & accounting processes, Policies, practices to meet short term, long term business goals for India & US location. Position would work towards company’s visionsupervise all financial tasks of our company and ensurewe use capital and resources beneficially. This person will help increating forecasting models, assessing risk in investments and ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulations, Crafting financial strategies and managing accounting teams. Ultimately this position will maintain our company’s financial health and increase profitability in the long run. This person would closely work with people in driving key strategic priorities at company level

Primary Responsibilities ? Managing theFinancial reporting, planning, budgeting, MIS (Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly), forecasting financial plans and all Statutory Financial reportingfor India, USAother geographies.  ? Ongoing mentoring and coaching of Accounting and Financial team membersabout learning and implementing best industry practices. Person would provide leadership support to team in terms of reviewing, measuring KRA/KPIs and ensure meeting business goals as per agreed SLAs.  ? Responsible to oversee of India Accounting Standards & of US GAAP and India tax lawsOwn all processes providing sound support and insights to manage and control the end to end Financial and Accounting activities. Closely work with key stake holders to strengthen overall efficiency, effectiveness of all processes and thereby offer a great experience to all stake holders. ? Manage entire Compensation and benefits management in India.Oversee and guide India payroll and compliance team to ensure timely processing of all pay, benefits, and compliance activities. Guide team in terms of new amendments related to Laborlaws, income tax provisions and best industry practices related to compensation and benefits management.  ? Review of all Entities related Tax compliance matters and release on Monthly compliance and report to the Management on timely basis. ? Review approve of the commercial terms of purchase requisition raised by all BU heads and departments.  ? Responsible to Strategic analysis and planning, Overseeing decision making analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc. ? Statutory Auditors - Involvement & discussions with the Auditors on key accounting policies for their review and clearance ? Risk Management to ensure the business has a solid risk framework in place for Financial, Accounting and Corporate tax matters. ? Lead allProcess optimization, digitization, and transformations projects centrally in India and fulfill F&A Department’s goals for achieving process excellence. ? Ongoing review, monitoring, and amendments of various SOPs to ensure full compliance to ISO standards and other statutory and non-statutory audits. ? Provide leadership support to India site for all Legal mattersin terms of general admin, facility management, safety, Companies appointed Labor Consultant, and liaison with various govt, semi govt bodies. Also, closely with Admin Head ? Reviewing, Designing,Implementation, measurement and monitoring of variousAccounting reporting systems to provide best industry practice.
 

Co-ordination Responsibilities ? Lead communication, coordination and Collaborations with in different BU Heads, Functionaland companies COEs to provide end to end support. ? Lead coordination and collaboration with various internal and external stake holder to offer great Employee experience about all Tax, budget and related policies. ? Stake holder management, coaching and counselling in terms of process improvement, problem solving, dispute resolutions. ? Collaboration, coordination, communication with various stake holder for effective implementation of various automated and corporate projects.
