Operations Associate
Operational Matrix - Service Delivery & Productivity :
· Ensure processes are followed as per rolled out SOP.
· Discrepancy Management across LOBs
· TAT adherence for inward and policy issuance
· Ensure Productivity(capacity utilization) to be 100%+
· Quality control
Audit, Compliance & Controllership :
· Satisfactory Audit score for the branch.
· Banking Control and Reconciliation closure
. Petty Cash management
· Process billing for local vendors
· Cover Note Management
· AML guidelines are adhered to
· All the compliance and audit registers are maintained as per process
· Thirty Party cheque process to be followed as per SOP
Customer Centricity :
· Effective resolution of customer queries received by the branch
· Pre Inspection
Ease of doing business :
· Own the branch – Sales support and effective coordination with the central team. To be responsible for all the branch activities
· Through Understanding of the Products, Processes, and Systems.
. Ensure process changes are effectively shared and discussed with other stakeholders in the branch
* IMD connect/visit
* Timely Archival
