Sales & Operations Team Leader
Job Description:
Understanding of variety Support services that include:
? Wireline Cased Hole Tools Maintenance.
? Wireline Openhole Hole Tools Maintenance.
? Slickline Tools Maintenance.
? Permanent and Non-Permanent gauges.
? Seismic Equipment.
? Unit’s System & Depth Measuring Devices.
? General Periodic Maintenance.
? Repairing Equipment.
? Ordering of Spareparts
? Post Failure Analysis and Reporting
. ? Equipment tracking and management
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding division business coverage and opportunities.
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and the whole team.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Monitoring team's performance and motivating reach targets.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Suggest, assist in identify, setting up sales and operation strategy.
• Set up sales and operation plan in order to archive sales target required by the company. Detailing sales
• and operation action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Supervise daily work of sales and operation staff.
• Negotiate and assist in negotiation with key services providers to improve the pricing (cost structure).
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales update report on new services, competitors, business opportunities, etc
• Work closely with other job functions in the company to improve overall services level.
