1. Overall responsible for efficient, safe and economic operations of Rig fleets provided under his/her
consent.
2. Responsible for planning, control and operational follow up for assigned Rig Fleets.
3. Preparation of Daily Progress Report / Daily Drilling / Production Report and Entry of same in online
DPR Database on daily basis.
4. Coordinate personnel and equipment to ensure safe, sound and efficient Rig Fleet services are
provided to customers.
5. Assist in preparation of budget and projections. Responsible for financial control of assigned
projects.
6. Regularly communicate concerning ongoing operations and projected activity with the Operations
Manager.
7. Provide regular updates on equipment, spares and personnel needs. And Ensure Min.-Max. Stocks
and Spares Inventory for Regular Rig Operations without any hindrances.
8. Working closely with external customers.
9. Responsible to achieve Zero Down time targets of assigned Rig fleets by evolving concerns
departments / personnel and their inputs.
10. Prepare monthly invoices of Rig fleets assigned and to get it review from higher authorities for final
submission with client office and also tracking of each invoices with client for timely clearing of
payments.
11. Maintain record of monthly invoices raised vs actual revenue received in conjunction with Deduction
details of shortfall of equipment / manpower and any other.
12. Responsible to maintain well wise record of each rig fleet assigned for meterage drilled vs
consumption of stocks / spares and HSD.
13. Responsible for maintain Rig operational Records as per requirement of operation Department and
submission of same fortnightly.
14. Check and Review Rig Equipment maintenance record by site maintenance personnel for
maintenance activities carried out on Rig and communication of same with PMS Team for
maintenance improvement.
15. Involve in Route Survey jointly with client representatives, our Logistics personnel and Rig Incharge
/ Tool Pusher and to prepare report on repair / rectification on site civil work and other Road site
condition, and follow up with client representative for rectification of same before Rig movement.
16. Active involvement in Rig Move - ILM for planning of Dismantling of Rig Equipment, Pre-
Movement of Rig Equipment and completion of ILM before stipulated target time of Each ILM.
