Job Description:


Key Scope
o The incumbent will champion brand and business marketing verticals for the company working closely with all stakeholders to define the company positioning; image and put in place the systems and processes to showcase the business verticals
o The role will work closely with the business teams and oversee the PR & Communication strategy for the company.
o In addition, the incumbent will play a key role in defining the digital brand strategy for the company and have ownership of all marketing activities for the company across verticals.


Responsibilities:
o Create marketing, branding and communication strategy across physical and digital touch points
o Create suitable real estate products across different asset classes and define marketing strategy
o Provide 360-degree leadership across physical & digital strategies
o Provide leadership in pricing & positioning of real estate asset classes
o Create and implement the overall marketing strategy, standardize the brand communication and planning initiatives.
o Adept in creating CRM processes, customer engagement and optimal customer experience across physical and digital touchpoints
o Define the marketing & brand structure for the company. Manage the overall brand communication and product strategy from inception to delivery of the brand and ensure that the brand measures up to the overall consumer positioning and segment goals.
o Lead the strategy development process for each of the business verticals and work closely with the management teams on the Annual Operating Plan achievement and brand building agenda.
o Develop and execute strategic communication plans that reflect a current understanding of the issues and trends impacting internal and external audiences.
o Leverage insights to create tailored and targeted communication plans.
o Define and activate a media interaction matrix and corporate reputation management.
o Maintain strong relations with Media, and drive PR agenda to create favourable brand value by communicating successes, awards, acquisitions, and future business plans.
o As a true partner to the business, lead the brand outreach for the master brand and also position business lines, drive business marketing and corporate communications for the company. Build out, and lead, a lean integrated marketing & creative team along with the growth of the business.


Position Requirements
o Should have demonstrated & built a brand from scratch to scale – at least Rs 1,000 cr above in brand value
o He/she would be an MBA with 20+ years of exemplary track record in marketing & Communication in high-growth environments with at least 7+ years in Real Estate.
o Adept in real estate sales in India across different asset classes – residential (affordable, mid and high-end real estate, townships) & commercial (high street, retail, shops, etc.)
o Should have demonstrated track record of having created world class real estate products across different asset classes
o Should have leadership skills and should have built a high-performance marketing team
o Should have created a brand from scratch
o Exposure to fintech, management, consulting, real estate or allied industry would be an advantage.
o Demonstrated track record of creating, nurturing, coaching a high-performance marketing team
o Exposure and track record of having built a brand and its guidelines in an earlier role will be a strong preference.
o Along with a strong understanding of Brand, PR, and Communications, an ability to lead business marketing is a must.
o A successful track record of managing media, advertising campaign development, and new media management.
o A strong understanding of online media, digital channels, App & website development is a key requirement.
o The right candidate will be a flexible, action & results-oriented self-starter.
o She / He must be able to balance business aggression with strong functional expertise and partnering and influencing skills.
o Should have a strategic approach with the ability to see the "big picture" and interpret environmental and organizational changes and their impact on the organization.
o Excellent conceptual ability, communication & presentation skills
