Job Description:

Should be a Ceramic Technologist from a reputed institution with 18 to 20 years of experience in Ceramic Tiles Manufacturing Industry in R&D, Product Development, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Testing and LAB functions. Should have a thorough knowledge of all National and International Standards for testing of incoming raw materials, finished goods, packing materials etc. related to ceramic tiles manufacturing. Should be able to find cost effective substitutes/alternatives for body, glaze raw materials, colours and stains etc. so as to enhance product quality and reduce cost of production. Knowledge about sources/suppliers of various ceramic raw materials will add value to the role. Should have good hands on knowledge in body and glaze development for existing and new products. Should be an expert in testing of body and glaze raw materials, finished goods, packing materials etc. related to Ceramic tiles manufacturing.
