Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities of Assistant Product Manager
Increase revenue through in depth understanding of the vertical, consisting of ongoing business
Trend, equipment to induct, test Range to Promote actively through the Pan India sales team.
Understand business through deep understanding of customer value and Zonal structure, including
competitive landscape, innovating industry value creation opportunities, and individual passion to
win.
The individual will leverage resources and processes to neutralize the competitive alternatives.
Manage all existing customer accounts in assigned territory indirectly and accountable for delivering
business in the assigned territory. Work closely with BU Head / SR GM to ensure BU targets are
met.
Manage the Key accounts assigned to ensure long term profitability and growth by Coordinating with
different HO department teams to ensure timely test Launch to customer.
Address customer complaints promptly and ensuring timely redressal with the help of HODs.
Developing brand plans/strategies for the product range along with market penetration strategy
along with market research and competitor analysis.
Providing training, product knowledge, direction to the field sales team to ensure that they are well
equipped with scientific and communication skills both.

There will be two types of work - A) Science based deliverable
B) Hardcore marketing based deliverable.
