QA - QC Engineer

Job Description:

• Perform initial inspection and raise report.
• Coordinating between all sites of the company for Quality Control.
• Review the process of construction at the site periodically & profess changes to adhere to quality norms.
• Following ISO procedures.
• Updating ISO documents.
• Formulate & Implement Quality Systems in the company.
• Review and final approval of the Construction Record Book to the certification department. 
• Maintaining record of reports & keep tracking of all reported activities. 
• Giving plan to NDT sub contractor as per site requirement. 
• Interpretation of Radiography films and prepares clearance for the field joint coating. 
• Carry out electrode qualification test & welding procedure qualification. 
• Carry out welder qualification test as per approved WPS. 
• Carry out daily inspection for weld joint fit-up, welding parameters, weld visual for mainline welding and tie-in welding.
• Preparing fit-up, weld visual, welding parameter reports on daily basis and keep record of them. 
• Preparing welder performance record and keep informing the welder about their performance and guiding them to improve their performance. 
• Carry out coating inspection of HDPE heat shrink sleeve. 
• Preparing pipe-book & giving clearance for lowering. 
• Preparation of Hydro Test Pack and Mechanical clearance for final hydro testing. 
• Coordinating with auditor during internal & external audits.
• Performed other duties as assigned.

Min 2 yrs in Gas Compressor
