Senior Civil Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
* Manage complete lifecycle of projects from concept to completion
* Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
* Ensure timely execution within defined cost and quality parameters

2. Design & Interior Coordination
* Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, interior designers, and MEP
teams
* Review civil, architectural, and interior drawings for execution
* Ensure seamless integration of civil work with interior design elements
* Suggest value engineering options without compromising aesthetics and quality

3. Site Management
* Supervise day-to-day site activities for luxury bungalow and corporate projects
* Oversee execution of interior works including modular furniture, flooring, ceilings,
lighting, and finishes
* Ensure adherence to construction standards, safety norms, and premium finishing
quality

4. Vendor & Contractor Management
* Identify, evaluate, and manage contractors, interior vendors, and suppliers
* Handle contract negotiations and billing certifications
* Ensure timely procurement of civil and interior materials

5. Quality Control & Compliance
* Implement strict quality control procedures for both civil and interior works
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and approvals
* Conduct regular inspections and audits

6. Cost Control & Billing
* Track project budgets including interior fit-out costs
* Verify contractor bills, BOQs, and material consumption
* Maintain project MIS and reporting

7. Client Coordination & Reporting
* Act as a single point of contact for clients and stakeholders
* Understand client preferences related to interior design, finishes, and aesthetics
* Provide regular project updates and ensure satisfaction till final handover
Required Skills & Competencies:
* Strong experience in luxury residential construction (₹50 Cr+ projects)
* Hands-on experience in interior design execution and high-end finishing
* Excellent knowledge of materials, interiors, furniture, lighting, and premium finishes
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel (knowledge of SketchUp/3D tools is an
added advantage)
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
