HR Executive
Job Description:
Recruitment of Staff as per company requirement will be core Responsibility.
· Attendance and Payroll Management.
· To co-ordinate with HR consultant.
· To conduct induction program for newly joined candidates.
· To update & maintain all HR related records.
· Implement & manage HR Policies, Procedures & Performance Management System.
· Establish system for Training & Development of Staff Members.
· Should have knowledge of statutory/legal compliance.
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Organizational Behavior or relevant field
· Strong understanding of HR functions, methods, strategies, procedures, and policies.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Exceptional problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work individually.
· Outstanding leadership skills.
· Good presentation and consulting abilities.
