Job Profile

1. Responsible for collecting resumes through internal as well as external sources.
2. Shortlisting candidates as per JD.
3. Performing in-person and telephonic interviews with candidates.
4. To conduct salary negotiation with candidates in case of selection.
5. To maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
6. To perform joining formalities for new joined employees

Candidate profile

1. Good exposure in Recruitment process and able to handle recruitment process independently
2. Hands ‘on experience in job portal, candidate MIS & social media sites of recruitment purpose
3. Graduate / Post Graduate
4. MBA (HR) / MPM / MSW will be added advantage
5. Excellent communication Skills.
6. Good command over English / Local languages
