Certification : ITIL V3 Expert
Essential:
- Ability to develop business relationships to accomplish organizational goals
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- High level of initiative and autonomy
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels with customer and stakeholders
- Experience of managing third party suppliers
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Service Desk Management position with in depth knowledge of Service Desk operations.
- Minimum of 8 years IT experience
Essential: ITIL V3 Expert
Essential:
- Excellent understanding of operational service delivery key performance indicators and proven track record of implementing them.
- Experience developing and implementing improvement and changing processes
