Job Location : Noida

 

Certification : ITIL V3 Expert 

 

Essential:

  • Ability to develop business relationships to accomplish organizational goals
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • High level of initiative and autonomy
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills to effectively communicate at all levels with customer and stakeholders
  • Experience of managing third party suppliers
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Service Desk Management position with in depth knowledge of Service Desk operations.
  • Minimum of 8 years IT experience

Essential: ITIL V3 Expert

 

Essential:

  • Excellent understanding of operational service delivery key performance indicators and proven track record of implementing them.
  • Experience developing and implementing improvement and changing processes
