? This is a leadership role, Will be handling a team of 3-4 People.
? It Will Include Managing Managerial activities like Digital and Outbound Marketing Activities, Preparing Budget & and other lead level activities.
? Design and Manage all aspects of digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, SMM.
? Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
? Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
? Handling strategic online initiatives
? Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
? Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
? Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
? Analyzing the market trends and preparing forecasts accordingly.
? Increasing brand awareness and market share.
? Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, financial, public relations, and production departments.
? Overseeing branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
? Organize and Manage Customer facing events and activities within India
? Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management. Skills and Qualifications
? Master's degree in Marketing.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Expertise in Digital Marketing
? Proven experience of developing marketing plans and campaigns
? Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
? Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
? Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
? Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Strong time management and organizational abilities.
? Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing.
? Willingness and ability to travel. Reporting to: Managing Director
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Skills and Qualifications: Master’s degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.·
