Job Description:

We have a suitable opening in the function of Human Resource department. In this role, we are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

  • HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
  • Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
  • You will partner as a functional Guide and Advisor in regards to all People related strategies to help staff and retain employees.
  • The HR executive will help driving and encouraging team to its highest potential so that they can give best of their selves.


Responsibilities:

  • Your principal responsibilities will include, but are not restricted or limited to:
  • Coordinate with management for hiring and managing human resources as per company’s allocated budget.
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Monitor HR department’s budget
  • Manage employees’ grievances
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)
  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
  • Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus etc
  • Preparation of salary statement
  • Conducting various welfare activities Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Checking travel and tour expenses and contractor bills and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employee's accounts
  • Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation
  • Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
  • Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization
  • Coordinating with consultants and candidates for scheduling appointments with the management team for sourcing
  • Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal
  • Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.

 

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :

Key Skill:
Proficiency in English is a must.
PF, ESIC & CHALAN submission experience is a must.
Working exp of HR software will add advantage.
