Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager Strategy for a reputed Real Estate Company at the CBD Belapur(Navi Mumbai) location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Business Strategy - Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals.
- Corporate Planning
- Business Development Planning
- Business Research and Marketing
- Business Analysis – Ideating and coordinating with all the departments of the company for growth.
- Strategically creating analytical reports as required by Directors of the Company by coordinating with various departments and VP's.
- Making a strategy for business and working with cross-functional teams from marketing to tech to operations.
- Corporate Strategic Operations work along with coordinating with departments in Admin, HR, Change Management by aligning processes, resources-planning, and departments goals with the overall strategy.
- Analyzing MIS reports and calculating ROI.
Candidate's Profile:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Corporate planning & Strategy in any reputed organization.
- Having good experience in Business Research and analyzing reports.
