JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree in Architect (b. arch)
• Qualification in (B. arch or M. arch)
Experience:
Minimum 1 - 2 years in the field of master plan, building, conceptual design of various
structure.
Requirement:
• Basic - A working knowledge of standard methods, materials, tools and
equipment.
• Software - AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, 2D and 3D, and related software.
Salary:
10,000 to 20,000 (depends on performance)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Work with Architects assisting with various projects
o Help to plan and design buildings & Work on design drawings
o Help coordinate details of architectural projects
o Brilliant interpersonal and networking skills.
Desired Qualities:
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, & time-management skills
o Design & problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, & sensitivity to,
architectural design intent
o Ability to work with minimal supervision
o Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
o In-depth understanding of CAD and AutoCAD software.
