JOB DESCRIPTION:
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree associated with it.
Experience:
Minimum 2 - 3years in the field of master plan, building, conceptual design of various
structure.
Requirement:
• Basic - A working knowledge of management and working accordance of it.
• Software – Microsoft suite and related software’s.
Salary:
15,000 to 30,000 (depends on performance)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall
business strategy
o Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances
or other issues
o Manage the recruitment and selection process
o Support current and future business needs through the development,
engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
o Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
across the organization. Nurture a positive working environment
o Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high
performance. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
o Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
o Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
o Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Requirements. Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
People oriented and results driven
Desired Qualities:
o Knowledge of HR systems and databases
o Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
o Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
o Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all
levels of the company
