Job Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Co-ordination & scheduling interview of different positions.
2. Appointment of the Recruitment consultant, negotiate with terms and condition. Using Job Portals and social media to fulfil the requirement of company
3. Negotiate with candidate with salary.
4. Coordinate with Factory HR for their requirement.
5. Preparation of Offer Letter, Salary Structure, Appointment Letters of selected candidates.
6. Enrol the company on Apprentice Job fair, Updated apprentice record and maintain apprentice data in software.
7. Induction of New Employees.
8. To fulfil immediate requirements of New Employees like Table, Chair, Computer, Stationary, visiting card etc.
9. Filling-up statutory documents of new employees and to be submitted to the concerned authority with a copy in his personal file.
10. Feeding new employees personal data in Payroll system. Salary and Wage Administration with help of Personnel Officer. – Preparation, Checking, disbursement.
11. Check the attendance and leave record on a monthly basis
12. Preparing Attrition report, Salary comparison report with competitor company
13. Performance Appraisal Management
14. Opening of salary account, coordinate with banks and staff for same
15. To Assist seniors / directors for their help as and when required.
16. Overall supervision of the activities carried out by the Office/Factory HR Staff.
17. PF, Esic knowledge and payroll experience
